About the event
Everyone loves to eat tamales, but not everyone knows how to make them. Learn from chef Río, of Mexican street food pop-up Gorditas ATL. Tamales are known to be a labor-intensive cooking project, but that's what makes them perfect for a class. Spread masa, add fillings, roll, and steam. Tamales are best made and enjoyed in community. After class, bring your new skills home so you can host your own tamalada!
