Baking Instructions
So you've brought home some proof and bake cinnamon rolls or drop and bake cookies and you need more instructions. We're here to help!
Proof and Bake Cinnamon Rolls
Please note that the cinnamon rolls should be left frozen until ready to commit to baking them off. It will take several hours of thawing at room temperature for the dough to be proofed enough to bake. We suggest an overnight thaw in the fridge or on the counter, if you dare.
If thawed overnight in the fridge, pull the cinnamon rolls out about 1 hour before baking to finish proofing. You'll want to pull the cream cheese frosting out at this point too.
Preheat your conventional oven to 350 degrees,
or convection oven to 325 degrees.
You'll know the buns are ready to bake when a slight indentation is left after pushing on it with your fingertip so if you've braved the overnight counter top proofing method use this as your marker for readiness.
(The buns will like they do in this pic).
Bake buns until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes, rotating halfway.
Let cook, then frost.
Enjoy!
Drop and Bake Cookies
Pre-heat your conventional oven to 350 degrees, or your convection oven to 325 degrees.
Place your cookie dough on a sheet tray, 2 inches apart to allow for spreading.
Place tray in the heated oven and bake for 14-16 minutes, rotating halfway, or to your liking.
